The location is fantastic, with the beach right across the street and a delightful restaurant serving Angus beef that truly impressed. the service at reception fell short. the staff lacked the interpersonal skills necessary to handle issues effectively. noise from other guests persisted into the early hours, making it difficult to rest. Despite clean rooms and proximity to local attractions, the overall experience was marred by these issues.

Everything was exceptional.

The family room featured a solid queen-sized bed plus a large single bed, providing comfort with quality bedding. The direct access to nearby Bandy Creek Harbour beach was a highlight, perfect for a relaxing family outing.

A few glaring issues marred the stay. Parking near the room felt tricky, especially with the noise from adjoining rooms and outside guests smoking at odd hours. The breakfast experience was disappointing. notably, some items served were mouldy and spoiled. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with mold on the walls and sticky carpets throughout the room. The noise from other areas of the hotel disrupted sleep, especially with banging and loud music from adjacent rooms.

We had a braw stay with lovely friendly staff and a tidy room. The shower had cracking water pressure! Only downside was that the steak at the restaurant was overdone the first time. a grand experience!

Being right on the Esplanade made for enjoyable walks along the waterfront! The beds were surprisingly comfortable, especially the queen bed, allowing for restful nights. I appreciated the quiet room away from traffic noise, which made for a peaceful stay.
